Sports Physical Required

All students will be required to submit a completed sports physical/medical form to participate in middle school sports this year. All physicals for this upcoming year should be after 4/1/2023. Also, parents and coaches will be required to complete concussion awareness training as part of ensuring our students safety. There is a lot of misconceptions regarding concussions so we want to clear up any confusion for our parents and coaches.
