Monday August 10 and Tuesday August 11 from 3:30-4:30pm at TMS

and

Thursday August 13 from 3:45-5pm at 644 Parkdale Drive Scottdale GA

Sports Physical Required 

All students will be required to submit a completed sports physical/medical form to participate in middle school sports this year. All physicals are good for one year. Also, parents and coaches will be required to complete concussion awareness training as part of ensuring our students safety.  There is a lot of misconceptions regarding concussions so we want to clear up any confusion for our parents and coaches.
